How is this different from buying eSIMs individually?

Individual purchases mean every employee uses their own card, files an expense report, and you reconcile 30+ small charges per month. With Teams, the company has one account with one balance — predictable accounting, single PDF invoice per top-up, role-based controls.

Do you support reverse-charge VAT for EU B2B?

Yes. If your company has a valid VAT number registered in VIES, we apply 0% IVA with the reverse-charge note on every invoice. Validated automatically at registration.

What happens if a member overspends?

You set a monthly cap per member at registration or anytime via the dashboard. Once they hit it, purchases are blocked until next month or until you raise the cap. You can also pause any member instantly.

Can we hand off eSIMs to clients (not just employees)?

Yes. Owners can assign a purchase to any recipient email — the QR code is sent directly to that address. Common pattern for travel agencies giving clients a connectivity perk.

Which countries are covered?
